Test your hosting provider
You can quickly check if whether Dotclear can be installed on your web space using a downloadable PHP script.
Before uploading this script to your web space, you should do the following:
For the test to run correctly, you need to activate PHP 5 on your web site (this procedure depends on your hosting provider). We try to detail this process when necessary in the provider-specific sections.
You need to edit the first lines of the PHP script to include your MySQL settings if you wish to use MySQL.
